Not to mention every techy reviewer/influencer have all removed LastPass from their lists as viable options. However, the fact is someone still has my vault and the whole thing doesn't sit right with me. I keep reading more and more about this security incident with Last Pass, and I get that no one can access my vault without brute force guessing my master password (and bypassing the multifactor). I'm barely outside the 30-day refund window, as my annual plan was renewed on February 15, 2024. As such, there are no grounds for termination under the contract. At this time, there is no indication that the security incident was the result of any failure by LastPass to meet its contractual obligations. " The occurrence of a security incident does not constitute a breach of the contract by LastPass. I assumed LastPass would understand and issue me a refund with no questions asked, but instead I get this canned response,
